Description: Beautiful premium handmade clippies using hairclips and American Crafts premium ribbons for Tuxedo Bows. All clippies are fully lined with high quality grosgrain ribbons and heat treated to prevent fraying. Non-slip liners will be added at no extra cost upon request.
